Oct 7th to Nov 11th 2026

About the Course:

Join me for a clear, practical, and evidence-based journey through the human body, always applying the learning back to practicing and teaching yoga.

By building a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, you will gain more confidence in your practice, more clarity in your teaching, and a deeper sense of connection to your students. You will refine the language you use about your body and your students’ bodies, and strengthen your ability to separate myth from evidence in the yoga world.

I have been a yoga teacher for two years now and the knowledge I have learnt from Andrew has been so useful and I am already enjoying sharing it with my students in class. Andrew is a great teacher and the practical practices of the anatomy in the yoga poses has already transformed my approach to teaching. I must admit that I was hesitant to sign up to an online only course but the structure of the modules and the interactive and friendly way in which Andrew teaches is great and feels like he is in the room with you! His course is informative and engaging. And even better is that I have ongoing access to the modules so I can dip back into the information and practices whenever I need a refresh! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
