About the Course:
Join me for a clear, practical, and evidence-based journey through the human body, always applying the learning back to practicing and teaching yoga.
By building a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, you will gain more confidence in your practice, more clarity in your teaching, and a deeper sense of connection to your students. You will refine the language you use about your body and your students’ bodies, and strengthen your ability to separate myth from evidence in the yoga world.
“I completed the Anatomy training through the recordings. What I appreciated most was that every time I reached out via email with questions, Andrew replied promptly and took the time to answer thoroughly. That level of support made a huge difference! I never felt like I was getting a lesser experience. I am truly grateful for what I learned and would recommend this training without hesitation.”
