Join us for this fascinating journey through each system of the body with time to ask questions. Appropriate for yoga teachers and trainees.
In each session we will:
Explore the anatomy & physiology of a different system
Discuss the major conditions that affect that system
Look at relevant research related to yoga
Discuss the “Myth or Fact?” sidebars from that chapter
Provide time for Q&A

Can’t join live? No problem! The recording of each session will be shared with everyone enrolled on the course. The recordings will be available for 30 days after the date of the last live session.
The course is accredited by Yoga Alliance and counts as 15 hours of study.
